Before you send your request

Common questions about quotes, order size and support.

How quickly can you send a quote?

We compare prices across partner factories as soon as your request comes in and reply by email. The clearer your bit types, sizes, quantities and packaging, the faster we can quote.

What should I include in my quote request?

Bit types, sizes and quantity per size, your country or target market, and any branding or packaging needs. A photo, sample or drawing helps if the bit is not a standard item. If you are not sure yet, send what you have and we will ask the rest.

I'm not sure of the exact spec yet. Can I still ask?

Yes. Tell us what the bits are for, the material they drill and the market you sell in. We will suggest options from our ranges and partner factories and confirm the details with you.

Can I order drill bits in small or mixed quantities?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and the factory. With more than 1,000 partner factories to choose from, we can look for one that accepts your quantity, including trial orders and mixed size ranges. Tell us your quantity per size and we will tell you what is possible.

How do you keep prices competitive?

Instead of quoting from one production line, we compare offers from several partner factories that make the bit you need, then send you the options that fit your spec and budget.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Drillbitmax, built under Glayver Ltd, is not a single factory. We work with more than 1,000 manufacturing partners in China and handle the sourcing, price comparison, samples and order follow-up for you.

What happens if there is a problem after delivery?

Tell us what went wrong. We take it up with the factory that made your order and work through a fix with you. Support does not stop once the goods ship.
